Wonderful optician
Jeremy Solomon is a fantastic optician. He conducted a thorough eye check and asked relevant questions to understand what my eye issues are. He recommended specific occupational glasses to help me read at work. I would highly recommend Jeremy to everyone as a great optician who gives a personal service. My new glasses were ready within a few days and I am delighted with them.

Excellent eye test and glasses!!! 😎
After trying a few opticians in London over the years. I was super impressed with the warm welcome I received at Jermy Solomon Opticians. At the beginning of the summer I bought my first ever Seiko polarised mirrored lenses. I absolutely love them! They are so clear and sharp. I hardly write reviews but honestly felt like I had to here. The service and quality equally high. If I could give more stars I would!

Top service definitely 5 stars
Great service and attention to detail. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Quick delivery of glasses and contact lenses to the shop. Nothing is too much of a problem and they will accommodate you if they can.

A 5★ service . Top quality . A first class eye test experience with Jeremy Soloman . His knowledge and advice was tailored to my specific needs , and I could not be happier with the result . There was real care taken to discuss my requirements and all available options . Exceptional . The staff deliver an excellent service across the board and it is a pleasure to know I am being so well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Full marks for customer service
I had a problem with a pair of rimless, metal-framed reading glasses - one of the (hingeless) metal arms had snapped. The glasses needed to be sent to be sent off for repair and the bill was rather expensive. A few days later, exactly the same problem happened to my spare pair of glasses - which had been similarly repaired 13 months earlier - i.e. outside the warranty period. A very helpful member of staff at Jeremy Solomon's kindly wrote to the supplier on my behalf and suggested that the second pair should be repaired free of charge, as a 'goodwill' gesture. This resulted in the desired outcome, and the repaired spectacles were collected this morning. They are as good as new, and there was no charge. Considering that I hadn't bought either of these spectacles at Jeremy Solomon's, nor ever had an eye test there, I thought that this was extremely gracious and helpful. Full Marks to Lesley, for taking the time and trouble to resolve the problem so effectively (and cheerfully, too)!

Wouldn't go anywhere else
My husband, my daughter and I have been coming to Solomon's for years. Wonderful customer service and the team are always friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. Couldn't recommend their services enough; they always makes sure everything is perfect before we leave the shop.

Best optician I have found in 30 years!
Before going to Jeremy Solomon I had been using a high street optician, suffice it to say I really shouldn’t have gone there.
From the very first appointment I have had the same efficient knowledgeable and professional service from every member of staff. I will not go anywhere else for my eye care now. I will be moving fairly soon and have every intention of continuing to take advantage of the best optician practice I have found in nearly 30 years wearing glasses. Very happy for 10 years
Jeremy Solomon is what an optician should be. Offering personalised service with real care about the customer. I never feel under pressure to buy a certain frame and never feel rushed. For sure, he is more expensive than The multiples like Specsavers and Boots, but when I Am buying spectacles that I will wear every day I want to be sure to have a quality product and quality service. No reason for me to go anywhere else.
